What is the best career for a stay at home mom?

What is the best type of career to have, when you want to be a stay at home mom first, and then work?
I’ve waited tables, did the whole at home business (was a “Body Shop” representative), data entry, and even tried to sell on Ebay. I do have a four year degree but do not have a lot of work history. I would love to become and esthetician, but am actually quite nervous to do something like this. Since I wouln’t be utilizing my four year degree. What should I do? Go with what makes sense or what I really want to do??
