Should I work for my mom?

My mom has 2 businesses and she wants me to work for her, what I do?
She has 2 businesses; a store and a restaurant. She wants me to run the store for her. I don’t want that responsibly. I don’t know what to do – my uncle keeps telling my mom to give him the store. Please help with advice.
