Never allow your child to go into someone's house without permission.
When working moms are not at home, it is hard to keep an eye on the children. However, it is good practice to make sure you children know not to get into someone else's house without permission.

Working moms should introduce Safe Homes to the children as soon as they can comprehend and instruct them to go there if they get lost, hurt or scared when walking to and from school if it makes sense to do so.
